blind, stake blind, floating blind, sink box or artificial point
of any description, or to erect, set or maintain the same in said
waters at a greater distance than three hundred yards from the
natural shore at mean low water mark, from which the same
may be extended.

1A. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to erect,
set or maintain a booby blind, stake blind, floating blind, sink
box or artificial point of any description in any of the waters
of the Chesapeake Bay adjacent to Poplar Island and Coaches
Neck in Talbot County, and the waters lying north of a straight
line drawn from Black Walnut Point to Benoni's Point in said
Talbot County, in over eight feet of water or at a greater dis-
tance than one thousand yards from the natural shore of said
Poplar Island and Coaches Neck and the natural shore line
north of a straight line drawn from Black Walnut Point to
Benoni's Point in Talbot County, at mean low water mark,
from which the same may be extended. It shall be unlawful
for any person to place or erect any blind on shore within three
hundred yards of any blind placed in the waters of Talbot
County for the purpose of hunting or shooting wild fowl, and
it shall be unlawful for any person to place or erect a booby or
brush blind on any oyster lot in the waters of Talbot County
under lease from the Conservation Department of Maryland,
except the lessee, or persons to whom he may give permission.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 463.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 2 of
Chapter 333 of the Act of 1868, entitled "An Act to incor-
porate the Savings Institution of Sandy Spring, Maryland, "
as said section was amended by Chapter 17 of the Act of
1820, and to add a section to said Chapter, said section to
be known as Section 2A and to follow immediately after
Section 2, and to repeal Chapter 269 of the Act of 1874,
entitled "An Act to amend an Act passed at January Ses-
sion 1868, Chapter 333. entitled 'An Act to Incorporate
the Savings Institution of Sandy Spring, Maryland, ' " relat-
ing to the Savings Institution of Sandy Spring, Maryland.
