1140 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 462

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the said corporation
be and is hereby authorized and empowered to maintain a
college or seminary for the study of Jewish theology and to
confer the degrees of Hebrew teacher, Rabbi, slaughterer,
bachelor of Hebrew literature and doctor of Hebrew literature.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the said corpora-
tion be and is hereby authorized and empowered to have super-
vision over the manufacturers preparation over the sale of
Matzoth, unleavened bread, cakes, jellies and other raw or
prepared food for consumption by the Orthodox Jews during
the Passover holidays.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the said corpora-
tion shall have the full charge and supervision over their religi-
ous schools and the religious schools of the Constituent Organi-
zations, and members devoted to the training of the Youth of
their members and over Orthodox Jewish Religious laws, learn-
ing, traditions and customs.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the said corporation
shall have supervision over all religious commumial matters of
their constituents' Organization and members.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 462.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 1 and
1A of Chapter 212 of the Acts of 1922, making it lawful to
erect and maintain certain blinds in the waters of the Chesa-
peake Bay and certain other waters in Talbot County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 1 and lA of Chapter 212 of the Acts of
1922 be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, to read as follows:

It shall be unlawful for any person at any time, in, on and
over the waters of Talbot County, excluding the waters of
Dickinson's Bay and Reed's Creek as hereinafter defined and
the waters adjacent to Poplar Island and Coaches Neck, and
excluding also all waters lying north of a straight line drawn
from Black Walnut Point to Benoni's Point in said Talbot
County, to shoot at or shoot any wild fowl from any booby
