SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 444.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 128 of the Acts of 1916, entitled
"An Act to regulate the catching of fur-bearing animals
within the limits of Frederick County, Maryland, and to
provide penalties for the violation thereof, " and to repeal
Section 341 of Chapter 320 of the Acts of 1916, entitled
"An Act to repeal and re-enact Section 34 of Article 22 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Wash-
ington County, ' sub-title 'Birds and Game, ' " and to add
additional sections thereto to be known as Sections 34E,
34F, 34G, 34H, 34 I, 34J, 34K and 34L. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 128 of the Acts of 1916, entitled "An Act
to regulate the catching of fur-bearing animals within the lim-
its of Frederick County, Maryland, and to provide penalties
for the violation thereof, " be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 341 of
Chapter 320 of the Acts of 1916, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact Section 34 of Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Washington County, ' sub-title
'Birds and Game, ' and to add additional sections thereto to
be known as Sections 34E, 34F, 34G, 34H, 34 I, 34J, 34K,
and 34L, " be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 3 And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 445.

AN ACT to authorize, empower and direct the County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County to pay to the County Com-
missioner or other individual acting as the Superintendent
of the County Farm, an annual salary of six hundred ($600)
dollars, payable monthly in pro rata amounts, and further
directing the said County Commissioners of Montgomery
County to include the said amount of six hundred ($600)
dollars in the annual lew for taxes in Montgomery County.
