Chapter 550 of the Acts of Assembly of 1906, be, and the same
is hereby, repealed, and that the following three sections be,
and the same are, hereby, enacted in lieu thereof, to read as
follows:

SEC. 254. The taxable limits of Frederick City shall be as
follows: Beginning at stone No. 2, standing in the field of John
S. Renn (formerly owned by John E. Price), of the present
boundary City taxable limits, said stone being at the end of the
South 77 degrees 30 minutes East—2500. 3 feet line described in
the Act of 1914, Chapter 93, Section 254, and running thence by
calculating courses from true meridian as follows: North 7 de-
grees 49 minutes West—3326. 8 feet to a stone on the north-west
side of the State Road leading from Frederick to Woodsboro,
thence South 53 degrees 48 minutes West—5503. 8 feet to a stone
on the south side of West Seventh Street Extended, and near the
north-west corner of "Rosemont Addition", thence by and
with the west line of said Addition South 53 degrees 59 minutes
West—2416. 8 feet to a stone on the North side of West Fourth
Street Extended, thence South 29 degrees 22 minutes West—
3897. 8 feet to a stone at the south-west corner of lot No. 13 of
a tract of land recently subdivided by Mary E. and Will C.
Flautt, said point being 300 feet south of West Patrick Street
Extended and 150 feet west of Norva Avenue, thence South
51 degrees 15 minutes East—2419. 0 feet to a stone on the west
side of Jefferson Street Extended, thence South 59 degrees 54
minutes East—4705. 7 feet to a stone on the east side of South
Market Street Extended, thence North 74 degrees 0 minutes
East—4369. 5 feet to a stone on the south side of East South
Street Extended just west of the Abattoir, thence North 49
degrees 56 minutes East—1546. 0 feet to a stone on the north
side of East Patrick Street Extended, said point being also 5
feet south of the 44 Mile Stone, thence North 8 degrees 50 min-
utes West—1464. 7 feet to a stone on the north side of the pub-
lic road at the north-east corner of the Frederick County Ag-
ricultural Society Grounds, thence North 25 degrees 13 minutes
West—5533. 6 feet to the place of beginning. The Mayor and
Aldermen of Frederick shall have full power and authority
to assess, levy and collect within said limits, as the same are
extended by this Act, any and all taxes whatsoever which they
were authorized to assess, levy and collect within the taxable
limits as heretofore existing; provided, however, that all unim-
proved agricultural land, barns, stables and other improvements
