to the State Comptroller for account of the State Game Pro-
tection Fund to be used as provided by Law.
SEC. 5. Be it further enacted That all general or local laws
or parts of such inconsistent with the provisions of this Act,
shall be and are hereby repealed.
SEC. 6. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1st, 1924.

CHAPTER 395.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with Amendments Chapter 400
of the Acts of 1922, entitled "An Act closing certain streams
in Garrett County, Maryland, to all fishing for a
term of two years from June 1st, 1922. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 400 of the Acts of 1922 entitled "An Act
closing certain streams in Garrett County, Maryland, to all
fishing for a term of two years from June 1st, 1922" be and
the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments
so as to read as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to fish for
or take in any manner any fish from any of the following
named streams and their tributaries located in Garrett County,
Maryland, for a period of two years from the first day of
June, 1924 as follows: Red Run, Murley Creek. White
Rock Creek, Salt Block Creek, Block Run, Herrington Creek
west of the County road leading from Oakland to Cranesville.
W. Va., North Glade Creek and Hoyes Run. Anyone found guilty
of violating any of the provisions of this Act before any Justice
of the Peace of Garrett County or the Circuit Court for Gar-
rett County, shall be fined from ten to twenty-five dollars or
shall be confined in the Garrett County Jail from thirty to
sixty days for each and every offense.
One half of the above fine shall be paid to the informer and
the remaining half of said fine shall be paid to the "State
Game Protection Fund".
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1924.
