CHAPTER 390.

AN ACT to incorporate the Town of Cottage City, in Prince
George's County, Maryland, and to provide for the sub-
mission of this question to the qualified voters of said town
for their adoption or rejection.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the citizens of the town of Cottage City in Prince
George's County are a body corporate by the name of the Town
of Cottage City, and by that name shall have perpetual suc-
cession, sue and be sued, have and use a common seal, and may
purchase and hold or dispose of real and personal property for
the benefit of said town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the boundaries of
said town shall be as follows: Beginning at the intersection of
the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad with Duelling Run, thence
northerly along said Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to Bunker
Hill Road, thence easterly along said Bunker Hill Road to
its intersection with the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard,
thence westerly along said Washington-Baltimore Boulevard to
its intersection with Duelling Run, thence along the meander-
ings of said Duelling Run to the place of beginning, containing
thirty acres more or less.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That said town shall be
divided into three wards as follows:

First Ward: That portion of said town beginning at the
intersection of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard with Duel-
ling Run, thence along the meanderings of said Duelling Run,
to the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, thence along said Balti-
more and Ohio Railroad to the center line of Barney Street,
thence along the center line of Barney Street to the Washing-
ton-Baltimore Boulevard, thence along the said Washington-Bal-
timore Boulevard to the place of beginning.

Second Ward: That portion of said town beginning at the
intersection of Barney Street with the Washington-Baltimore
Boulevard, thence along the center line of Barney Street to the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, thence along said Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad to Bunker Hill Road, thence along said Bunker
Hill to the center line of Hamilton Street, thence along the
center line of Hamilton Street to Spa Street, thence along the
center center line of Spa Street to the center line of Central
Avenue, thence along the center line of Central Avenue to the
