improvements and for furnishing police and fire protection,
and for defraying the necessary and incidental expenses
of the Committee in the performance of its public duties,
including the removal of ashes, garbage and other refuse and
the disposal thereof; and who shall appoint a Treasurer to
receive and disburse said funds; also directing the Board of
County Commissioners of Prince George's County to pay
over to the said Treasurer of the said Town of Berwyn, for
the purpose of opening, widening, improving, maintaining
and repairing roads, streets, lanes and alleys of said Town,
the money collected on account of the county road and bridge
tax in the same amount and manner as is now required by
law to be paid to incorporated towns in said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the citizens of the town of Berwyn are a body cor-
porate by the name of the Berwyn Citizens7 Committee and by
that name may have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, have
and use a common seal and may purchase and hold real estate,
or dispose of the same, for the benefit of said town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Boundaries of
said town shall be as follows: Beginning at the intersection of
the south line of L. C. Gingells' property with the east bank of
Paint Branch, thence northerly with the meanderings of said
Paint Branch to the south line of the Metzerott Road, thence
northerly around the east abutment of the iron bridge across
said Paint Branch on the said Metzerott Road and continuing
along the east bank of said Paint Branch to the line running
easterly, separating lots 4 and 5 in Block "C" Autoville sub-
division, thence easterly with said line to and across Autoville
Drive to the north line of "B" Street in said sub-division;
thence easterly with said north line of *' B " Street to and across
the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard to the north line of "B"
Street in Daniels Park; thence easterly with the north line of
said "B" Street to the west line of Third Street, Daniels Park;
thence northerly with said west line to and across "C" Street
in Daniels Park; thence with the north line of said " C'' Street
to and across the City and Suburban Electric Railway to the
north line of the Old Branchville County Road; thence easterly
with the north line of the Old Branchville County Road to the
northwest corner of the original Scaggs estate, continuing east-
erly with the north line of said Scaggs estate to and across the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, continuing easterly with the north
line of said Scaggs estate to Indian Creek; thence southerly with
