the meanderings of the west bank of Indian Creek to the south
line of the original Scaggs estate; thence westerly with the
south line of said Scaggs estate to the east line of the right of
way of the said Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; thence southerly
with the east line of the right of way of the said Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad to a corner stone opposite the south line of the
Greater Washington Realty Corporations sub-division to Ber-
wyn; thence westerly across the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to
the south line of said sub-division and continuing westerly with
said south line to and across the Washington-Baltimore Boule-
vard; thence northerly with the west line of said Boulevard to
the south line of L. C. Gingells property; thence westerly with
Gingells south line to Paint Branch to the beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Town of Berwyn
shall be divided in three precincts, as follows:

First Precinct. Beginning at a point on the east bank of
Paint Branch, 400 feet north of the iron bridge across said
branch on the Metzerott Road, and following the town of Ber-
wyn boundary line to where it joins the said boundary line
running easterly; thence easterly with said boundary line to
Indian Creek; thence southerly with said boundary line to the
south line of the Branchville Road; thence westerly with the
south line of said Branchville Road to the beginning containing
252 acres more or less.

Second Precinct. Beginning at the intersection of the east-
ern boundary line of said Town of Berwyn with the south line
of the Branchville Road and running southerly with said boun-
dary line to the south line of the said Pinkney A. Scaggs estate;
thence westerly with said boundary line to the east boundary
line of B. and O. Railroad; thence southerly with said boundary
line to a corner stone at the intersection of the east and south
Town boundary line; thence westerly with said southern boun-
dary line to the east boundary line of the City and Suburban
Electric Railway; thence northerly with said eastern boundary
line to the south line of the Branchville Road; thence easterly
with said south line of the Branchville Road to the beginning,
containing 136 acres more or less.

Third Precinct. Beginning at the east line of the right of
way of the City and Suburban Electric Railway and running
westerly with the south line of the Branchville Road to the
western boundary line of the said Town of Berwyn; thence
southerly with said western boundary line to the intersection of
