that he ent.r into Recognizance with Sufficient Surety to Idemnify y.e County from y.e

    Thereupon comes into Court the Same Thomas Yorkson and Acknowledged
himselfe Indebted to The Right hon.ble the Lord pro.ry In the Sume of five
two thousand five hundred pounds of Tobacco to be Leveyed on his goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements To the use of his Said Ld ship his heires and
Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not Indemnifie the County from
any charge that hath or may come untill the afd Child Shall come to age
wherewith he Acknowledges himselfe therewith Content

    Likewise came into Court Peter Masey of Said County and Acknowledged himselfe
Indebted to The Right hon.ble The Lord prop.ry In the Sum of two Thousand
five hundred pounds of Tobacco to be Leveyed on his goods and chattles Lands and Tenements
to the use of his Said Ld ship his heires and Successors Conditionally That
if the Said Thomas Yorkson Shall not Indemnifie the County from any charge that
hath or may come untill the afd Child Shall come to age wherewith he acknowledges
himselfe therewith Content

 The afd John at last June Court Entered into Recognizance
for his Ap.rc to this psent Court and to answer unto what
Should be offered against him on Suspicon of felony
and in the mean time he was to be of good behaviour
And now at this Court the Said John Ap.rs and prays that
his Recognizance and his Sureties may be discharged
Ordered by the Court that his Recognizance and his Suretys be disch.d The Said
Court pending no person that Shews any cause to the Contrary  The said John
Halls Recognizance for ten pounds of the sume afd is by this Court disch.d  And
a Certain Arthur Barker his Surety in the Sum of tenn pds at y.e Same time
afd is by this Court here disch.d

    Nich.o Neale as prosecut.r at the Same time afd Ent.rd into Recognizance in the
sum of five pounds Sterl for his ap.rc to this present Court the afd Nich.o Neale afd
in his proper person Appears and ord.rd that the Same be discharged  The Sume
Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d

of Said County  It is ordered by the Court here that
he give Surety for his appearance to next Court and good

Fannen in his proper person comes into Court and Acknowledges
himselfe Indebted to the Right hon.ble the Lord proprietarie in the Sum of
fifty pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at
the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March next to
