    And At the Same Court came Daniel Dulahunty of the Same County planter and
Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Right hon.ble the Lord Proprietarie in the Sum
of fifty pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements to the Use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the
Conditionally that if the Said John Fannen Shall not make his personall app.rc
at the next County Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March
next to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Said Lord Ships
behalfe and that in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r and Especially
to the afd Arth.r Miller is herewith the Said Daniel Acknowledges himselfe
to be therewith to be Content

and good behav.r to next Court   Thereupon the Same Joseph came
into Court and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Right hon.ble the Lord
proprietarie in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his
body goods and Chattles Lands and tenements to the use of his Said Lord ship
his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he do not make his personal
appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday
in March next to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his
Ld ships behalfe and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour
wherewith he Acknowledges himselfe to be Content

    And Likewise at the Same Court came Edward Rogers Jun.r of the Same
County planter and Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right hon.ble the
