the Leather pouch as afd According to the force form and effect of the
Verdict afd also it is Considered that the Said John Haslet pay the Sume
of Eigh pence Curr.t Money of Maryland for the four fold of the
Leather pouch afd and also pay the Sum of Seven hundred ^twenty one^ pounds
of Tob.o Costs Accrueing on the premises afd to the officers of
this Court

    It is also Considered by the Court here at this day to wit the
day and year last Mentioned that the Sher: of Kent County
take the afd John Haslet  into his Custody and Execute the
punishm.t in the Judgment afd Specified and afterwards
to bring ^him^ here into Court again of which pcept the said
Sher to wit Joseph Young Gent high Sherf of Kent County
Makes return on the day and Year last Said that he hath
Executed the s.d Judgm.t And also hath here the Said John
before the Court

mentioned that Joseph Young Sherf of Said ^Coty^ keep the afd John
in Custody untill the four fold & fees Accrueing on y.e pmises be

Saint pauls parish in the County afd Spinster the tenth day

at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction
of this Court did Commit fornacation with a Certain person to the
Jurors ^afd^ unknown ^and did^ Permit the same unknown person then & there to
have Carnal knowledge of her body and to beget then & there a bastard
Child on the body of her the Same Rebecca To the high displeasure
of almighty God to the Evil Example of all others
on Such Case offending Contrary to the Peace of the Said Lord
Proprietary that now is his good Rule and Government and ag.st
the form of the Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided
