Likewise at the Same Court same Ishmale Bennett of Said County Planter
and Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry in the
Sum of ten pounds Sterl to be Leveyd to the use of his Said Lordship his
heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he the said Ishmale Shall not ap.r
at next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March next
then and there to prosecute on his Lordships behalfe ag.st the Said John

Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Nine That the Said Thomas pay the sum
of Seven Shillings and Six pence Each money as a fine for Committing the offence

Cost accruing on the premises afd to the officers of this Court
