83 the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl to be Leveyd on his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that the Said John Underhill jun.r Shall not ap.r and Answ.r as afd and that in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith he Acknowledges himselfe to be Content Ord.rd that Ishmale Bennet enter into Recog.c for his app.rc as prosecut.r Likewise at the Same Court same Ishmale Bennett of Said County Planter and Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl to be Leveyd to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he the said Ishmale Shall not ap.r at next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March next then and there to prosecute on his Lordships behalfe ag.st the Said John Underhill jun.r Wherewith he acknowledges himselfe to be Content Likewise at the Same time Edwd Rycraft of Said County Planter in ord.rd to give Security for his Appearance as an Evid.ce in the Same Cause to next Court Thereupon came the Said Edward and Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to the use of his Said Ldship his heirs and Success.rs Conditionally that if he do not appear at next Court as an Evid.ce in the Sume cause for his S.d Ldshp ag.st the Said John Underhill Jun.r wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content Likewise Ishmale Bennett of Said County Planter Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord proprietarie in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to be Leveyd to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Success.rs Conditionally that if the S.d Edwd _______ Shall not make his personall appearance at next Court to be held for Said County then and there to give Evid.c for his Said Lord Ship ag.st the S.d John Underhill jun.r wherewith he Acknowledges himselfe Content
