Said County the Eighteenth day of Novemb.r in the fifteenth year of the
Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and proprietarie of the provinces of
Maryland And Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a Anno Dom. 1729

Sterl  ag.st the s.d John the Same Ishmale ap.rd  Ordered by the Court here that
the Sume be Disch.d the Same is by this Court disch.d

    Att the Same time before the Same Justice a Certain Edwd Rycraft app as
an Evid.c Entrd into Recognizance in the Sum of tenn pds Sterl for app.rc to this
Court The S.d Edward in his proper person ap.rd  Ordered by the Same
Court that the Same be discharged The Same is by this Court disch.d

    As also Ishmale Bennett who was Surety for the S.d Edwd under Recog.c
for the Sum of tenn pds Sterl for his ap.rc to this Court The Same is also
Disch.d

    Ordered by the Court here That the Said John as there is an
Indictm.t felony ag.st him in this Court And now in his proper person
ap.rs to Same and pleads not guilty  It is thereupon ord.rd that he
give Security for his ap.rc next Court &c.a  On which the Same John
Underhill Jun.r of Kent County Planter here in Court cometh and ackowledged
himselfe Indebted to the Right Honorble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty
pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
Conditionally that to the use of his Said Lordships his heirs and Successors
Conditionally that if he doth not Appear at the next Court to be held for
Said County on the third tuesday in March next to answer unto a Certain
Indictment of felony for Stealing Wheat the goods and Chattles of a Certain
Ishmale Bennett and in the meantime he is to be of good behav.r
wherewith he acknowledges himselfe to be Content

    Att the Same Court came William Elmes of the Same County Planter
And Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry
