for the use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors
Conditionally that if the afd Mary Wilson should not make
her personall appearance at the next June Court & in
the mean time she should not be of good behavour wherewith
the said Mary Wilson in Court at this Court
here to wit the eighteenth day of June Anno Dom. 1728
The afd Ma: Wilson Cometh & appeareth to the Court

    Ordered that the said Mary Wilson be in Custody until
she gives good Security for her good behavour & appears
to next Court

 The afd William Sincock at March
Court last being the ninteenth day of said
month Anno Dom. seventeen hundred
& twenty seven was ordered to find Security for his good
behavour & appearance to next Court Thereupon George
Wilson & Will.m Bradford both of Kent County Gent. at the
Day & year last mentioned Acknowledged themselves to
owe & be Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry
this province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds
Sterl money each of great Brittain to be made and Leveyed
of their goods & Chattles Lands & Tenements Conditionally
that if the afd William Sincock should not make his
personall appearance at the then next June Court
& in the mean time he should not be of good behavour
wherewith the said George Wilson & W.m Bradshaw
is Content

    And now at this Court to wit the eighteenth day of
June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred & twenty eight
the said W.m Sincock appearing the said George
Wilson & William Bradshaw their Recognizance &
either of them are Discharged &c.a
