5 for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if the same Philemon shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the same County on the third tuesday of August next then & there to stand & abide the Judgm.t of the Court & the verdict of the Jurors afd and in the mean time to be of good behavour Also Benj.a Pearce & Gideon Pearce Gentl And present here in Court in their proper persons Doe Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of the province of Maryland in the sum of fifty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of their goods and Chattles Lands and Tenem.ts for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if the afd Phill.n Church shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in said Co.ty on the third tuesday of Aug.st next to [illegible] unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland & if that in the mean time he the said Philemon shall not be of good behavour wherewith they acknowledge themselves all Content
