 A Presentment found against
the afd John for marking Piggs
being the goods and Chattles of
a Certain Charles Grundige And
Now here at this Court to wit the 18.th day of June Anno
Dom Seventeen hundred & twenty eight the afd John
being present in his proper pson was Committed into
the Custody of John Gresham Sher of Kent County untill
he gives Security for his app.c and good behav.r the next
Court

    Thereupon George Sanders and Thomas Jones
of Kent County Planters & Present here in Court in their
Proper psons Acknowledged themselves Indebted
unto the Lord Prop.ry of this Province of Maryland in
the sum of Twenty pounds Sterl money of Great
Brittain ^each^ to be made and Leveyed on their goods
and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if
the afd John Alexander should not make his personall
appearance before the Justices of the then next Aug.st
Court to answer unto a presentment found against
him for marking of Piggs And in the mean time
to be of good behavour wherewith the afd George
Sanders and Thomas Jones and either of them
are Content
