might be called to answer unto the Indictment afd mentioned According to the tenour
of the afd Walter Collins's Recognizance &c.a  And although the afd Rebeckah
being Solemnly called came not nor doth any person Shew cause why She
doth not appear &c.a But makes default

Court Com.d into the Sherf Custody untill he Should give
Security for his appearance to this Court &c.a And now at
this Court the said W.m appears   And ordered by the Court
here that he give Security for his appearance to next Court
to Answer unto a Certain Indictment found ag.st afd.  Thereupon the said William in
his proper person Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to his Lordship his heirs &
Successors in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling to be Leveyed in his goods &
Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally That if he Shall not make his personall
appearance at the then next Court to be held for said County on the third tuesday
in June next to Answer unto a Certain Indictment found against him for feloniously
Stealing Tob.o the goods and Chattles of a Certain Rich.d Foulston and that in
the mean time he is to be of good behav.r  wherewith he acknowledges himselfe
to be Content

    Likewise came into Court Christopher Bateman jun.r of Said County plant.r
and Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to The Right Hon.ble The Lord proprietarie
his heirs and Successors in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on

William Bonner Shall not make his personall appearance at the then
next Court to be held for said County at the Court House in the Town of
Chester in said County on the third tuesday in June next to answer unto a Certain
Indictment found against him for feloniously Stealing Tob.o belonging to
a Certain Rich.d Foulston and that in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r
wherewith the said Christopher Acknowledges himselfe Content

that Thomas Martin late of S.t pauls parish
in the County afd the Servant of William
Nicholson of the s.d County Gent the tenth day of October Anno
Dom. Seventeen hundred twenty and Eight with force and Arms
at the parish afd in the County afd within the jurisdiction of this Court
one Silver Spoone of the Value of three hundred pound of tobacco
of the Goods and Chattels of a Certain Mary Moll then and there
found then and there feloniously did Steal take and bear away Contrary
to the peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his Good
rule and Government be against y.e form of y.e Act of Assembly in
Such Case latly made and provided
