555 Ordered by this Court that John Gresham Gent. sherrif of Kent County keep the afd Thomas Martin in safe custody untill the fees on the premisses afd shall be satisfied
to be made and his leveyed on his body goods and chattles lands and tenements conditionally that if Maurice Aughorn his servant shall not make his appearance at the third tuesday in August next then to answer unto what shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf for assaulting a certain James Smith and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith the same George saith he is Content C.s hynson And now here at the same third tuesday in August above mentioned came the afd Maurice and appeared and prayed his sureties recognizance for his appear.c might be discharged Ordered this court that the same be discharged as prayed George Garnett afd his recognizance taken as afd is by this court here discharged there being no cause shewn the contrary Be it Remembred that on the s.d fourteenth day of August 1734 Came before me One his Lordships Justices for afd County James Smith of Kent County planter and acknowledged himself indebted to the right hon.rble the Lord proprietary in the sum of five pounds Current money to be made and leveyed on his body goods and chattles Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and successors conditionally that if ^he^ shall not make his personall appearance at the County Court house on the third tuesday in August next then to give Evidence on his Lordships behalf ag.st the afd Maurice Aughorn wherewith the same James Smith saith is is content And now here at the same third tuesday in August above mentioned came the afd James Smith and appeared and prayed his recognizance for his appearance he might be discharged Ordered by this court that the same be discharged as prayed James Smith afd his recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here discharged there being no cause shewn to the contrary Be it remembred that on the afd fourteenth day of August 1734 came before me one of his Lordships Justices for Kent County James Hith of Kent County planter acknowledged himself indebted to the right honourable the Lord proprietary in the sum of five pounds Current money to be made and leveyed on his body goods and chattles Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and successors conditionally that if he shall not make his personall appearance at the County Court house on the third tuesday in August next then to give Evidence on his Lordships behalf ag.st the afd Maurice Aughorn wherewith the same Jas Hith saith he is content And now here at the same third tuesday in Aug above mentioned and the afd James Hith and appeared and prayed his recognizance his appearance might be discharged Ordered by this court that the same be discharged as prayed James Hith ________ recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here discharged there being no cause shewn to the contrary Ordered by this Court that Tench Francis Clk of the Indictments of this Court exhibit an Information against the afd Maurice Aughorn on ________ assault after which came the afd attorney for his Lordship and exhibits an |
