 1734 June y.e 19.th the Orphan Jurors do present Robert
Lusbey for Cuting and destroying the Timber from the Land
of the orphans of M.r Jonas Lanham and Clearing his said
Land

    Att Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the
third tuesday of June being the eighteenth day of said Month Anno Dom. one
Thousand Seven hundred thirty & four Came the afd Robert Lisby and
defended the force and injury when &c.a And prays that the same presentm.t
may be Continued untill the third tuesday in August then next ensueing
which was granted and the same Continued as prayed

    Att which said third tuesday in August being the twentieth day of
Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty four
Came againe the afd Robert Lisby and prays that ^he^ the Same Robert may
be disch.d from the afd present    Ordered by this Court here that the same
be disch.d as pray.d  The same Robert Lisby be disch.d from the afd
presentment

    The Same Robert Lisby at last Court entered into Recognizance for
his appearance to this Court to answer unto the afd presentment and the
Same Robert Lisby at this Court appears to the Same and prays
that the Same be disch.d as prayed  Ordered by this Court here that
the Same Recognizance be disch.d as prayed    Thereupon The Same
Robert Lisby his Recognizance taken as afd in the sum of ten pds
Sterl. to appear at this Court and answer as afd Is by this Court here
disch.d  There being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

into Recognizance in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl.
&c.a for his appearance and good behav.r of this Court
The same John now at this Court app.rs and prays that

be discharged    Ordered by this Court here that the afd John Howell
and his surety Recognizance be Disch.d as prayed John Howell
afd his Recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here
discharged  There being no cause shewn to the Contrary
Bowles Green of Kent County planter at the same time afd entered
into Recognizance for the appearance of the afd John Howell
at this Court the sum of ten pounds Sterl. The Same Recognizance is
by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
