    Thereupon Thomas Wright of Kent County planter present in Court in his proper
person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord
proprietary in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl. to be made and Leveyed on his
body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not appear at
next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court House in the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in Nov.r next ensueing
to give his Evidence at the Same Court against the afd William Salsbury
wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content

    Ordered by this Court that the same William Salsbury give Surety for
his appearance to next Court &c.a  Thereupon Daniel Perkins of
Kent County Millwright and in his proper person Acknowledged himself
Indebted to the right honourable the Lord proprietary in the Sum of
twenty pounds Sterl. to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lordship his
heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd William Salsbury
Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be
held for Kent County on the third tuesday in November next Ensueing
and then and there to Answer unto what Shall be objected against
him on his Lordships behalf on Account of his makeing an assault
on William ^and^ David Crane and that in the mean time he is to be of good
behaviour wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content

    Ordered by this Court that John Nevill enter into Recognizance for
his appearance to next Court as an Evid.c against the afd William Salsbury

    Thereupon the Same William Salsbury John Nevill of Queen Anns County
planter and present in Kent County Court in his proper person and
Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Ld
proprietary in the sum of five pounds Sterl. to be made and Leveyed
on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of
his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he
doth not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held
for Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County
on the third tuesday in Nov.r next ensueing and then and there to give
his Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd William
Salsbury wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content
