 Daniel Perkins at last Court entered into Recogniz.c
for the appearance of the afd William Salsbury to this
Court And now at this Court the same William
Salsbury appears and prays his Suretys Recogniz.c
may be discharged  Ordered by this Court here that the same Recogniz.c
be discharged as prayd Daniel Perkins his Recognizance taken as
afd in the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterl, for the app.rc of the afd William
to answer unto assault by him made on David & W.m Crane and good
behav.r in the Mean time The same Recognizance is by this Court
here discharged there being no cause shewn to the Contrary &c.a

    John Nevill at the same time as afd entered into Recognizance
for his appearance to this Court as an Evid.c against the Same
William Salsbury and the same John Nevill in his proper
person appeared and prayd his Recognizance might be disch.d

    Ordered by this Court here that the same Recognizance be
disch.d as prayd John Nevill afd his Recognizance taken as
afd is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to
the Contrary

    Thomas Wright of Kent County Planter on the tenth day of
June last before M.r Charles Hynson one of his Lordships Justices for
the afd County entered into Recognizance in the Sum of five pounds
Sterl. as an Evidence against the afd William Salsbury for his
appearance at the then next County Court to be held at Kent County
at the Court House in the Town of Chester in said County on the
third tuesday in June then next ensueing The same Thomas at
the same Court being Solemnly called came not but made
default

            And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the
Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday
in August being the twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. one thousand
Seven hundred and thirty four came the same Thomas Wright
and in his proper person ^and^ appeared to the Same Recognizance

    And Thereupon the Same Thomas Wright was ordered to come
into Recognizance for his appearance at Kent County Court here in
the Said County on the third tuesday in Nov.r next to give his Evidence for
his Ldship against The afd William Salsbury
