fees afd accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    The Same David entered into Recognizance at last Court with Surety for the
appearance to this Court to Answer unto the afd Assault and the afd
David in his proper person ap.rs and prays his Recogniz.c and his Suretys
may be discharged                David Crane afd his Recognizance taken
in the sum of ten pounds is by this Court here discharged there being no
cause Shewn to the Contrary    Christopher Bateman jun.r his Recog.c at
last Court as Surety for the afd David Crane being taken in the sum
of ten pounds Sterl. for his appearance to this Court The same
Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause
Shewn to the Contrary

Kent County fs.t  Be it Remembred that Tench Francis
Gent. Attorney of the right honourable the Lord
proprietary that now is who for the same Lord prop.ry
in this part prosecuteth doth come here into this
County Court of the same Lord proprietary held for Kent County afd to wit
at Chester Town in the County afd the twentieth day of August Anno Dom.
Seventeen hundred and thirty four before James Harris Esq.r and his
associates the said Lord proprietary his Justices of the Same County Court
and for the same Lord proprietary doth give the same Justices here to
understand and be informed that William Crane late of S.t Pauls
parish in the County afd planter the tenth day of June Anno Dom.
Seventeen hundred thirty & four at the parish afd in the County afd
within the Jurisdicion of this Court in and upon William Salsbury of
the same County in the peace of God and of the Same Lord prop.ry
then and there being with force and Arms an assault did make &
the same William then and there did beat wound and evilly treat
So that of his life it was greatly dispared and other harms to
him then and there did to the great Damage of the same William
Salsbury and against the peace of the said Lord prop.ry his
good rule and Government &c.a  Wherefore the same Att.ry of the said
Lord proprietary for the same Lord prop.ry prayeth the advice
of the Court here in the premisses and that due process of Law in
this part against the afd William Crane may be made to answer
unto the said Lord proprietary of and upon the premisses &c.a
