And thereupon the Same Indictment was continued untill the third tuesday
in June then next ensueing

    At which Said third tuesday in June being the Eighteenth day of said
Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty four Came the
afd the Lord prop.ry by his attry afd and the same Patrick in his prop.r
person And the same Indictment was continued untill the third tuesday
in August then next ensueing

    Att which said third tuesday in August being the Twentieth day of said
Month Anno Dom. one Thousand Seven hundred and thirty four came
againe the afd the Lord proprietary by his attorney afd and the same
Patrick in his properson    And Saith that Notwithstanding his
Averment afd    He comes and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the
Indictment afd So as afd against him brought nor can he say but that
he is guilty of the premisses afd as by the Indictment it is alledged

    And Thereupon Submits to the Court        Therefore it is Considered
That the same Patrick Clark be find the Sum of two Shillings
and Six pence Current money as a fine for Committing the assault
afd and also pay the Sum of Nine hundred and fourteen pounds of
Tobacco costs accruing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered by this Court that fine afd be Delivered the Sherriff of Kent County
Thereupon the same Sherriff Acknowledges the Receipt thereof

    The Same Patrick at last June Court entered into Recognizance for
appearance at this Court to answer the afd Indictment and in the
mean time he was to be of good behaviour with two Suretys

    The same Patrick Clarke at this Court appears and prays his
Recognizance and his Suretys may be discharged

    Patrick Clarke his Recognizance taken as afd in the Sum of ten
pounds Sterl. to answer as afd &c.a  This Court here discharges the Same
Recognizance there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Att the Same Court as afd Hance Hanson and Robert Green entered
into Recognizance in the Sum of five pounds Sterl. Each for the
appearance of the afd Patrick Clark to answer as afd This Court
here discharges the Same Recognizances Each of them their
are here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
