of the premises above upon him imposed as by the Information afd is imposed
upon him and thereupon Submits to the Court        Therefore it is
Considered by the Justices here to wit At Kent County at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in
August being the Twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. one
Thousand Seven hundred and thirty four That the Same Dominick
Kenslagh be find the Sum of thirty Shillings Current money as a
fine for Committing the fornication afd in form afd Confest and
also the Sum of two hundred Seventy one                pounds of
Tobacco costs accrueing to the officers of this Court on the premisses
afd

    Ordered by this Court that the fine afd be Delivered the Sherrif of
Kent County after which John Gresham Gentl. Sherriffe of said
County comes Acknowledges the Receipt of the same fine

    Ordered by this Court that Surety be gave for the fees afd
Thereupon Thomas Alfree and Daniel Dullahuntee of Kent
County planters present in Court in their proper persons and
Acknowledges themselves Indebted to the Right Honourable the
Lord proprietarie in the Sum of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco
to be Leveyed on their bodies goods and Chattles Lands and Tenem.ts
Conditionally That if the afd Dom. Kenslagh doth not pay the
fees accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court
wherewith they acknowledge themselves to be therewith Content

and thirty four in the twentieth Year of his
Lordships Dominion &c.a  To the Sherriff
of Kent County That he Should take Joseph Nicholson late of S.t pauls
parish in the County afd Gent if he Should be found in his bailiwick
and him safe keep So that he have his body before the Justices
of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August
then next ensueing to answer unto a Certain Information with
