 Be it Remembred that on the tenth day of
June Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and
thirty four Came before me one of his Lordships
Justices of the peace for Kent County William Crane of Kent County Carpenter
and Acknowledged himself to be indebted to the Right hon.rble the
Lord proprietarie in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling to be made
and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to
the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that
if he Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be
held for Kent County on the third tuesday in August next to answer unto
what shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and in
the mean time he is to be of good behaviour and keep the peace
and Especially to Daniel Perkins and his family wherewith he
acknowledges himself Content

    Att the Same time George Copper jun.r of Kent County Planter
came into Court and in his proper person acknowledged himself
Indebted to the right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty pounds
Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands
and Tenements to the use of his Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd William Crane Shall not make his personall appear.c
