    William Crane his Recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here
discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

of the afd William Crane to __________ as afd the same is by this Court
here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Ordered by this Court that William Crane enter into Recognizance
with Security for his appear.c at next August Court to answer unto
what shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf &c.a

    Thereupon William Crane of Kent County Carpenter and present
in Court in his proper person acknowledged himself Indebted
to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry of the province of Maryland
in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money to be made and leveyed on
his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of
his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he
the said William Crane Shall not make his personall appear.c
at the next Court to be held for Kent County on the third tuesday
in August next to answer unto what shall be objected ag.st
him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time to be of good
