523 Bateman jun.r acknowledges himself Content C hynson And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the eighteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty four Came the afd David Crane and appeared and prayed his Recogniz.c and his Suretys for his appearance might be discharged Ordered by this Court here that the afd Recognizances for the same David Crane app.rc be discharged David Crane his Recognizance taken as afd in the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterl. is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary Christ.r Bateman jun.r his Recognizance taken as afd in the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterl. for the appearance of the afd David Crane to Answ.r as afd the same Recognizance is by this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary Ordered by this Court here that the afd David Crane enter into Recog.c for his appearance at next August Court with Securetys &c.a David Crane of Kent County Carpenter present in Court in his proper person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the sum of ten pounds Sterl. money of Great Brittaine to be made and leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for said County on the third tuesday in August next then and there to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himself to be Content And also Christopher Bateman Jun.r of Kent County Planter and present in Court in his proper person and acknowledged himself indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord proprietary in the sum of tenn pounds Sterling money to be made and leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his s.d Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd David Crane shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the Third tuesday in August next then and there to |
