June Court 1734 Ordered by this Court That John Nevill enter with Recognizance for his app.rc at next Court Thereupon John Nevill of Queen Anns County Planter in Kent Coty Court personally came and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble The Lord proprietarie of the province Maryland in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if we do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Kent County on the third tuesday in August next Then and there to give his Evidence on his Lordships behalf against a Certain William Salsbury Servant to Dan.l Perkins wherewith the afd John Nevill Acknowledges himself Content
Acknowledged himself Indebted to the right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry of the province of Maryland in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in June next to Answer unto what shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour and Especially to Daniel Perkins and his family wherewith the same David Crane Acknowledges himself Content Att the same time Christ.r Bateman ^jun.r^ of Kent County Planter came and in his proper person acknowledged himself indebted to the Right hon.ble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl. to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd David Crane Shall not make his personall appearance at next Court to be held for Kent County in the Province afd on the third tuesday in August next to Answer unto what shall be objected against on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour and Especially to Daniel Perkins and his family wherewith the same Christ.r |
