John Nevill his recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here discharged as
prayed

                                                June 10.th 1734
    Att the same tenth day of June Anno Dom. one Thousand Seven hundred and
thirty four Came Thomas Wright of Kent County Planter before me one of his Lordships
Justices of the peace for the Same County and Acknowledged himself Indebted
to the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be
made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of
his ^s.d^ Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he shall not make
his personall appearance at Kent County Court ^at the Court^ House on the third tuesday in June
next to Give his Evidence on his Lordships behalf against a Certain William
Salsbury Servant to Daniel Perkins wherewith the same Thomas Wright
Acknowledges himself to be Content  In Testimony whereof I have Sett my
hand the day and year afd

    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the
eighteenth day of said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred
and thirty four Came the afd the Lord proprietarie by Tench Francis his
attry and prayed That the afd Thomas Wright might come into Court
and appear to his Recognizance afd  Thereupon proclamation being made
and the afd Thomas Wright being Solemnly called came not but made
default

    Ordered by this Court that William Salsbury give Security for his app.rc
to next Court to answer unto what Shall be objected against him
on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time to be of good behav.r

    Thereupon Daniel Perkins of Kent County Milwright comes into
Court in his proper p.rs.on and acknowledges himself Indebted to the
Right Honourable the Lord proprietarie of the province of Maryland in
the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be
made and leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd William Salsbury his Servant shall not make his personall
appearance at next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court House
in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August
next To answer unto what shall be objected against him on his
Lordships behalf and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r
wherewith the same Daniel Perkins acknowledges himself Content
