William Salsbury
Be it Remembred that on the tenth day of June Anno Dom.
one Thousand seven hundred and thirty four Personall came
before me one of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Kent
County in the province of Maryland Daniel Perkins of Kent
County Milright and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right hon.rble The Lord
proprietary in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on
his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship
his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if a Servant of his named William
Salsbury shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held
for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in said County on the
third tuesday in June then next ensueing to answer unto what Shall be objected ag.st
him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time to keep the peace and be of
good behaviour wherewith the same Daniel Perkins acknowledges himself to be
Content    In Testimony whereof I have sett my hand the day and year afd

    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in
Said County on the third tuesday in June being the eighteenth day of Said Month Anno
Dom. one Thousand seven hundred and thirty four Came The afd William Salsbury
and in his proper person appeared and prayed his that he Daniel Perkins's
Recognizance might be discharged as above taken for his appearance This
Court Orders that the same Recognizance be discharged as prayed
Daniel Perkins his Recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here discharged
there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Att the Same tenth day of June Anno Dom. one Thousand Seven hundred
and thirty four Came John Nevill of Queen Anns County Planter before me
one of his Lordships Justices for Kent County and Acknowledged himself Indebted
to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the sum of five pounds Sterl. to be
made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of
his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not app.r
at Kent County Court on the third tuesday in June next to give his Evidence on his
Lordships behalf against the afd William Salsbury wherewith the
same John Nevill acknowledges himself to be Content

    In Testimony whereof I have Sett my hand this day and year afd
                                                                                        C hynson

    And now here at the Said Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the eighteenth
day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and
thirty four came the afd Pet John Nevill and appeared and prayed his Recognizance
taken as afd might be discharged    Ordered by this Court that the Same
Recognizance taken as afd be disch.d
