    Ordered by this Court here that the afd Matthew Dunnhans Recognizance be
discharged

    Matthew Dunnahan his Recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here
discharged &c.a

    Ordered by this Court here that Information be by the Clk of the Indictments of this
Court be Exhibited against the afd Jane Green for assaulting the afd Elizabeth
Dunnahan &c.a    Information fild

    Ordered by this Court that the afd Jane give Security for appearance at
next Court to answer the same and to be of good behav.r &c.a

    Thereupon Robert Green of Kent County planter present in Court in his prop.r
person came and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord
prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body
goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs
and Successors Conditionally that if the Said Jane Green wife of the afd
Robert Shall not make her personall appearance at next Court to be held
for Kent County on the third tuesday in Aug.st next then and there to answer
unto an Information of an assault for her assaulting Elizabeth Dunnahan
wife of Matthew Dunnahan and in the mean time She is to be of good
behaviour wherewith the same Robert Green acknowledges himself Content

    The afd Jane appears to the afd Information and the same is Con.td
untill next Court being the third tuesday in August next

    Ordered by this Court that Elizabeth Dunnahan wife of Matthew
Dunnahan give Security for her appearance as an Evidence for his
Lordship against the afd Jane Green

    Thereupon Benjamin Griffith of Kent County Taylor present in
Court in his proper person came and acknowledged himself Indebted
to the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterl.
money of great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body goods
and Chattles Lands to the use of his said Lordship his heirs &
successors Conditionally That if the afd Elizabeth Dunnahan wife of
Matthew Dunnahan Shall not make her personall appearance at
next Court to be held for Kent County on the third tuesday in August next then
and there to give her Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the
afd Jane Green wife of Robert Green wherewith the same Benjamin
Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content
