Jane Green wife
of Robert Green
Be it Remembred that on the sixth day of May
Anno Dom. one Thousand Seven hundred and thirty
four Came before me one of his Lordships Justices
of the peace for Kent County Robert Green of that
County Planter and Acknowledged himself Indebted to
the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be
made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
Conditionally that if Jane Green wife of the afd Robert Shall not make
her personall appearance at the next Court to be held for said County on the
third tuesday in June then next ensuing to answer unto what Shall be
objected against her on Account of assaulting Elizabeth Dunnahan
and in the mean time She is to be of good behav.r wherewith the
same Robert Green Acknowledges her^him^self to be Content

    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday in June
being the eighteenth day of said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand
Seven hundred and thirty four came the afd Jane Green and in her
proper person appeared and prayed her husbands Recognizance for
her appearance may be discharged    The Court orders that the same
Recognizance be discharged as prayd

    Robert Green his Recognizance taken as afd is by this Court
here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Att the same time afd Matthew Dunnahan of Kent County
Planter came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Kent
County and Acknowledged himself Indebted tot he Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry
in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl. to be made and Leveyd on his body goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors
Conditionally That if his wife Elizabeth Dunnahan shall not make
her personally appearance at next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court
House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June next
ensuing then and there to give her Evidence on his Lordships behalf against
Jane Green wherewith the same Matthew Dunnahan Acknowledges himself

in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the eighteenth day of Said
Month Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty four
Came the afd Elizabeth Dunnahan and appeared and prayed that
her Husbands Recognizance for her appearance might be discharged
