and the afd Peter in his proper person came and Saith that he Cannot gainsay
the Information afd so as afd against him brought nor can he Say but
that he is guilty of the premisses above upon him imposed as by the afd
Information it is alledged and thereupon Submits to the Court    Therefore
it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at Kent County at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June
being the Eighteenth day of June Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven
hundred and thirty four that the afd Peter Green be find the Sum of one
hundred pounds of Tobacco to the use of his Lordship his heirs and successors
for Committing the assault afd in form afd Confest and also pay the
Sume of                                                                        pounds of Tobacco
costs accruing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered by this Court here that John Gresham Sherriff of Kent County keep
the afd Peter Green in Safe Custody untill the fine afd shall be
Satisfied &c.a

    Ordered by this Court that John Gresham Sherriff of Kent County keep
the afd Peter Green in Safe Custody untill the fees accrueing on the
premisses afd shall be satisfied

    Ordered by this Court that the Same Peter Green enter into Recognizance
for his appearance at next Court and good behaviour in the mean time &c.a
And The afd Peter Green of Kent County Planter present here in Court and
in his proper person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right hon.rble
the Lord proprietarie in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of
Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors
Conditionally That if he doe not make his personall appearance at the
next Court to be held for Kent County on the third tuesday in August
next and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith
he Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content

    And also Robert Green of Kent County Planter and present here in
Court in his proper person came and acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right
hon.rble the Lord proprietary in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine
to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that
if the afd Peter Green Shall not appear att to answer Next Court to be held for
Said County on the third tuesday in Aug.st next and in the mean time he is to be
of good behav.r wherewith the same Robert Green acknowledges himself Content
