 This Court orders that the Same give Security for
her appearance to next Court being the third tuesday
in August next ensuing &c.a and to be of good behav.r &c.a

Peter Green
 Complaint being made to the Court that the Same Peter
had made an assault upon Edward Rogers jun.r ordered
by this Court that War.t Issue for the Same Peter to
answer unto the same Warrant Issued to the Sherff
of Kent County and the same Sherriff came and made return of
the Same Warrant to the Court here thereof endorsed as foll. viz.t
Cepi Corpus p Jn.o Gresham Sherriff

    And the same Peter at the same Court being called came and the
Court being Informed by Edward Rogers jun.r of the assault The Court
orders that the Clk of Indictments of this Court Exhibit an Information
against same Peter on the assault afd what Information is as foll.

    Kent County fs.t Be it remembred that Tench Francis Gentl.
attorney of the right honourable the Lord Proprietary that now is who for the
Same Lord proprietarie in this part prosecuteth doth come here into the County
Court of the Same Lord Proprietary held for Kent County afd to wit at Chester
Town in the County afd the nineteenth day of June Anno Domini Seventeen
hundred thirty and four before James Harris Esq.r and his associates the
Said Lord proprietary his Justices of the Same County Court and for the Same Lord
proprietary doth give the same Justices here to understand and be informed
that Peter Green late of S.t pauls parish in the County afd planter the Same
nineteenth day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty & four at the
parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court in and upon
Edward Rogers jun.r of the same County in the peace of God and of the Same
Lord proprietary then and there being with force and Arms an assault did
make and the same Edward then and there did beat would and evilly Treat
So that of his life it was greatly despaired and other harms to him then and
there did to the great damage of the same Edward and against the peace of the
Said Lord proprietary his good rule and Government &c.a  Wherefore the same
Attorney of the Said Lord proprietary for the Same Lord proprietary prayeth
the advice of the Court here in the premisses and that due process of Law in
this part against the afd Peter may be made to answer unto the Same Lord
