515 Lord proprietary for the same Lord proprietarie prayed the advice of the Court here in the premisses and that due process of Law in this part against the afd Daniel may be made to answer unto the Same Lord proprietary of and upon the premisses &c.a T francis And the afd Daniel came and in his proper person Saith that he cannot gainsay the Information afd So as afd against him brought nor can he Say but that he is guilty of the premisses above upon him imposed as by the afd Information it is alledged and thereupon Submits to the Court Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the eighteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty four That the afd Daniel Flinn be find the Sume of two hundred pounds of Tobacco to the use of his Lordship his heirs & Successors as a fine for Commiting the assault afd in form afd Confest and also pay the Sum of five hundred and Eight pounds of Tobacco fees accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court Ordered by This Court that Security be gave for the fine afd Thereupon George Garnett of Kent County Shoemaker personally came and in Court Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord proprietarie in the sum of four hundred pounds of Tobacco to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he do not pay the Sum of two hundred pounds of Tobacco by the tenth day of November next to any person that Shall require the Same for his Said Lordship wherewith the Same George Garnett acknowledges himself Content Ordered by the Court here that Security be gave for the fees afd Thereupon George Garnett of Kent County Shoemaker personally came into Court and Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he do not pay the officers fees afd Amounting to the Sum of four hundred and Eight pounds of Tobacco as above s.d wherewith the Same George Garnett acknowledges himself Content |
