Recognizance and his Surety Be disch.d

    Patrick Clarke his Recognizance taken as afd in the Sum of ten Pounds
Sterling at last Court for his app.rc at this Court to Answ.r an Indictment of
assault and to be of good behav.r &c.a  This Court here discharges the same
Recognizance there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a

    Morgan Hurt at the same Court afd entered into Recognizance for
the appearance of the afd Patrick Clarke at this Court and to answer as
afd  This Court here discharges the same Recognizance there being
no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Indictment of assault for assaulting William Graves  The
Same Patrick appears to the same and The Court Continues the
Indictment to next August Court &c.a

    Ordered by this Court that the afd Patrick Clarke enter into Recognizance
for his appearance at next Court to be held for Said County on
the third tuesday in August next with Suretys &c.a

    Patrick Clarke of Kent County Blacksmith and present in Court in
his proper person cometh and acknowledges himself Indebted to the
Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterling
to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors
Conditionally that if he doth not make his personall appearance at the
next Court to be held for Kent County on the third tuesday in August next
then and there to answer unto a Certain Indictment found against
him for assaulting a Certain William Graves and in the mean time
he is to be of good behav.r wherewith he acknowledges himself to
be Content

    Also Hance Hanson and Robert Green both of Kent County Planters
and present in Court in their proper persons cometh and acknowledgeth
themselves Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the
Sum of five pounds Sterling each to be made and Leveyed on their
bodies goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his s.d
Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if the afd
Patrick Clark Shall not make his personall appearance at the
next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in August
