June Court 1734 Ordered by this Court that Elizabeth Evans enter into Recognizance for appearance to next Court as an Evid.c for his Lordship against the afd Benj.a Cleaver and also to give Security &c.a Thereupon Elizabeth Evans of Kent County Spinster present in Court came and Acknowledged herself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on her body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if She doth not make her personally appearance at next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in August next Then and there to give evidence on his Lordships behalf against The afd Benjamin Cleaver wherewith The Same Elizabeth Evans Acknowledges herself Content Likewise came John Smithers of Kent County Gentl. present in Court came and acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if the Said Elizabeth Evans Shall not appear at next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August then next ensueing and give her Evidence on his Lordships Behalf against the afd Benjamin Cleaver wherewith he acknowledges himself Content
