    Ordered by this Court that Elizabeth Evans enter into Recognizance for appearance
to next Court as an Evid.c for his Lordship against the afd Benj.a Cleaver and also
to give Security &c.a

    Thereupon Elizabeth Evans of Kent County Spinster present in Court came
and Acknowledged herself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the
Sum of five pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on her body goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if to the use of his Said Lordship
his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if She doth not make her personally
appearance at next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in
August next Then and there to give evidence on his Lordships behalf against

    Likewise came John Smithers of Kent County Gentl. present in Court

eighteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. one Thousand Seven hundred and
thirty four Came the afd Patrick Clark and in his proper person ap.rd
and prayed that his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizance for his
appearance be discharged.    Ordered by this Court here that the Same
