pounds Sterl. &c.a    Also his Surety in the same Sum &c.a and to be of good behaviour
&c.a

    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the
Town of Chester and County on the third tuesday of June being the
Nineteenth Day of said Month Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred
and thirty foure Came the afd Benj.a Cleaver and in his proper person
Appeared and prayed his Recognizance ^might^ be Discharged  Order by the
Court that the same Recognizance be Discharged.  Benj.a Cleaver afd his
Recognizance taken in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling for his Appearance
at this Court and Good behavor in the mean time  This Court here Discharges
the same There being no cause shewn to the Contrary  John
Cleaver his surety entered into Recognizance in the sum of ten pounds
Sterling are by this Court here Discharged there being no Cause shewn
to the Contrary

    Order by the Court here That the afd Benj.a Cleaver enter into Recognizance
with Surety on his Appearance at next Court to answer unto what shall
be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf &c.a

    Thereupon Benj.a Cleaver of Kent County planter & present in Court in
his proper person cometh and Acknowledges himself indebted to the right
Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry In the sum of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine
to be made & Levied on his body Goods and Chattles Lands & tenements to the
use of his Said Lordship his heirs & Successors Conditionally That if he
doe not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for
Kent County on the third tuesday in August next ensueing To Answer
unto What Shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf on
Account of his Committing fornication with a Certain Eliz.a Evans and in
the Mean time he is to be of Good behavor wherewith the same Benj.a
Acknowledges himself to be Content

    Also came John Cleaver of Kent County planter & present in Court in his proper person
cometh & acknowledges himself Indebted to the right Hon.rble y.e Lord prop.ry in the sum of
