June Court 1728 Province of Maryland in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling Each to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd John Alexander Should not make his personal Appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester and if that in the mean time the afd John Alexander Should not be of good behav.r and now at this Court to wit the Eighteenth day of June Anno Dom. 1728 the said John Alex.r appearing the said Aug.n Boyer and Robert Meccay their recognizances and Either of them is Discharged James Boyer Sen.r at last Court Entered into Recognizance for the appearance of James Boyer Jun.r at this Court as an Evidence for his lordship against the afd John Alexander here the afd James Boyer Jun.r appearing ordered that the same James Boyer Sen.r his Recognizance is Discharged James Boyer Sen.r at Last Court as afd Acknowledged himself to be Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Ster Conditionally that if the afd James Boyer Jun.r should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of this Court as an Evid.c for his Lordship against the afd John Alexander & now here to wit the Eighteenth day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Eight the said James Boyer Jun.r his Recognizance is Discharged [illegible] Phill.n Church And thereupon Phill.n Church of Kent County planter present here in Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of One hundred pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of his goods & Chattles Lands & Tenements for |
