495 that if John Cann jun.r Shall not appear at the next County Court to be held for Said County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March next ensueing to give Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd Mary Jones wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content Att the Same time Christopher Bateman jun.r of Kent County Planter and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands & Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not appear at Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March then next ensueing to give Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd Mary Jones wherewith he Acknowledges himself to be Content Given under my hand at Kent County the day and Year afd Henry Evans And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in March being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came The afd Mary Jones and in her proper person appeared and prayed her Recognizance taken as afd as also her Suretys Recognizance for her appearance may be discharged Ordered by this Court That the Same Recognizance and her Sureties be discharged as prayed Mary Jones afd her Recogniz.c as afd taken in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl. And John Arnell her Surety his Recogniz.c taken in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl. for her appearance as afd The Same Recognizances as afd taken afd are Each of them by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd James Cann and in his proper person Appeared and prayed his Recognizance taken as afd might be discharged Ordered by this Court That James Cann his Recognizance taken as afd be discharged As Prayed James Cann afd his Recognizance taken as afd in ten pounds Sterl money of great Brittaine &c.a for his appearance at this Court as an Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd Mary Jones there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary The Court here discharges the Same And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd Mary Bellows and in her proper person appeared and prayed the Recognizance taken for her appearance at this Court afd as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Mary Jones may be Discharged Ordered by this Court Than James Cann Recognizance taken as afd be discharged as prayed James Cann afd his Recognizance taken in the Sum of Tenn pounds Sterling &c.a for his appearance of the afd Mary |
