Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl. money of Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if She Shall not appear House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March next ensueing to Answer unto what Shall be objected against her on his Lordships behalf on Suspicion of feloniously Stealing Several Goods and Chattles belonging to a Certain John Cann and in the mean time She is to be of good behaviour wherewith She Acknowledges herself to be therewith Content Att the Same time John Arnell of Kent County Weaver Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl money of great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship His heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Mary Jones Shall not Appear at the next County Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March then next Ensueing to answer unto what Shall be objected against her on his Lordships behalf on Suspicion of feloniously Stealing Several Goods and Chattles belonging to a Certain John Cann and in the mean time She is to be of good behaviour wherewith He Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content Att the Same time James Cann of Kent County Planter Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl money of great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not appear at the next County Court to be held at our Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March then next ^ensueing^ to give Evid.c on his Lordships behalf against the afd Mary Jones on Suspicion of her feloniously Stealing Goods and Chattles belonging to a Certain John Cann wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content Att the Same time James Cann of Kent County Planter and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if a Certain Mary Bellows Shall not appear at the next County Court to be held at our Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March then next ensueing to give her Evidence On his Said Lordships behalf against the afd Mary Jones wherewith he Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content Att the Same time James Cann of Kent County Planter And Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl money of Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally |
