491 the Said Mary Spearman before the Court Jn.o Gresham Sherf And now here afterwards to wit the same day and Year afd last mentioned came the afd Mary Spearman in her proper person appeared and prayed her ^Suretys^ Recognizance for her appearance as afd might be disch.d Ordered by this Court That Richard Davis his Recognizance taken for the appearance of the afd Mary Spearman be Disch.d Richard Davis afd his Recogniz.c taken as afd in the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterling for the Appearance of the afd Mary Spearman to Appear and Answ.r as afd and to be of good behav.r The Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a And now at the Same time also came John Wright jun.r and in his proper person Appeared and prayed his Recogniz.c might be Disch.d Ordered by this Court here that the Same Recognizance be Disch.d John Wright jun.r his Recognizance as afd being taken in the Sum of five pounds Sterling for his Appearance as an Evidence at this Court against the afd Mary Spearman The Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d &c.a And now also at the Same Court also came M.rs Margaret Shippey and appeared and prayed M.r Charles Hynson Recogniz.c for her appearance as afd might be disch.d Ordered by this Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d as prayed M.r Charles Hynson as afd haveing entered into Recognizance in the Sum of five pounds Sterling for the appearance of the Same Margaret Shippey at this Court to prosecute on his Lordships behalf against the Same Mary Spearman The Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
Indebted to the Right Hon.rble The Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if a Certain Benjamin Cleaver Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for the afd Kent County on the third tuesday in March then next ensueing to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Said Lordships behalf on account of his Commiting fornication with a Certain Elizabeth Evans and that in the mean time whereof I have Setting hand the day and year afd Ebenez Blackiston And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in March being the Nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the |
