    On the afd Indictment was endorsed as foll. viz.t True bill by Rob.t Dunn foreman

    And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of
Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the nineteenth day of Said
Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd The
Lord proprietarie by ^Tench Francis^ his attorney afd And the Said Deft William Collins in his proper
person  And the Same Ld proprietarie by his Said attorney prays that the afd W.m
Collins might answer unto the afd Indictment  And the afd William Collins hi
his proper person comes and present in Court Saith that he Cannot gainsay the
Indictment afd So as afd against him brought nor he can he Say but that he is
guilty of the premisses above upon him Imposed as by the afd Indictment it is
alledged and thereupon Submits to the Court    Therefore it is Considered by
the Justices here to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in
Said County on the third tuesday in March being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno
Domini One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three  And the afd William Collins
be find the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco as a fine for Committing an
assault as afd in form afd Confest and also ^pay^ the Sum of four hundred and
ninety and two pounds of Tobacco costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the
officers of this Court

    Ordered by this Court that the Same William Collins give Security to this Court for
the fees afd

                    Thereupon William Collins of Kent County Labourer and present in Court
in his proper person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble The
Lord proprietarie in the Sum of One Thousand pounds of Tobacco to be made and
Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said
Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if ^he^ the Said William Collins
Shall not pay all the fees to the officers of this Court on the premisses afd wherewith
he Acknowledges himself Content

Lordships Attry in the Same County Court and by the Grand Jury
