Also Job Cove of Kent County Carpenter and James Breward of Kent County Planter and
present in Court in their proper person and Acknowledged themselves indebted to the Right
Hon.rble The Lord prop.ry In the Sum of two Thousand five hundred pounds of tob.o
Each to be made and Leveyed on their bodies Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the
afd Lawrence Shall not keep the County harmless and indemnified from any
charge that may any ways be Lyable and chargeable for the County by means
of the Child he begett on Jane Flanagan as afd Confest wherewith they
acknowledge themselves Content

Theophilus Randall of Kent County Planter Complains
that William Collins of Said County Taylor assaulted him
and prays that the Court will Send for him to answ.r
the Same     Thereupon the Court orders That the
Sherrif of Kent County bring before the Court the Same William Collins to Answer
the Same    And the afd William being bro.t into Court appears and Sent the
Court orderes that John Gresham keep the Same William in Safe Custody untill
he Shall give Security to Answ.r the premisses afd any time this Court

    Thereupon afterwards Came the Same William Collins and Acknowledged himself
indebted to The Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterl to
be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the
use of his Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he do not make his
personall appearance at the next Court to be held Court any time dureing the Court
Sitting to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships
behalf for assaulting the afd Theophilus Randall and in the mean time to be
of good behaviour wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content

    Also at the Same Court came James Kare of Kent County Planter and present in
Court in his proper person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble
the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of Twenty Pounds Sterl to be made and Leveyed on his
body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally to the use of his Said Ldship
his heirs and Successors and Conditionally that if the afd William Collins Shall not
any time dureing this Court Sitting Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on
his Lordships behalf on account of assaulting the afd Theophilus Randall ^and to be of good behaviour^ wherewith
the Same James Kear acknowledges himself to be Content

    This Court orders that Theophilus Randall enter into Recogniz.c for his App.rc
any time dureing this Court Sitting to prosecute the afd W.m Collins for assaulting
him as afd
