March Court 1733 three Came the afd David Jones and in his proper person appeared and prayed his Recognizance might be discharged Ordered by this Court That the Same Recognizance in the Sum of ^Twenty^ pounds Sterling for his appearance at this Court And good behaviour in the mean time This Court here discharges the Same There being no cause Shewn to the Contrary William Sincocks and Thomas Rasin his Suretys entered into Recognizance in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterling Each are by this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
of Kent County Planter and present in their proper persons and Acknowledged themselves Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord proprietarie in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Each to be made and Leveyed on their bodies goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if a Certain Lawrence Neale late of Shrewsbury Parish in the County afd Labourer Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March then next Ensueing to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him for Committing fornication with a Certain Jane Flanagan and begetting her with Child and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith they acknowledge themselves Content Given under our hands at Kent County the day and Year afd C.s hynson Ebenz Blackiston And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd Lawrence Neale and in his proper person appeared and prayed his Suretys Recognizance taken as afd might be disch.d Ordered by this Court here that the Same Recognizances as afd John Gleaves and Solomon Breward there Recognizances taken as afd in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Each are by this Court here Severally discharged there being no cause shewn to the Contrary &c.a |
