to The Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterl. Each to be made and Leveyed on their bodies goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if a Certain Lawrence Neale Shall not make his personall appearance at the third tuesday in March then next ensueing at Kent County Court House the Court then held for the Same County to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf on acco.t of Commiting fornication with a Certain Jane Flaningham &c.a and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith they acknowledge themselves to be Content Give under hands at Kent County afd the day and year afd C.s hynson Ebenez Blakiston And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House at the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the Nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd Lawrence Neale and in his proper person appeared and prayed that his Suretys Recognizance as afd might be discharged Ordered by this Court here that the afd Recognizance was taken as afd for the Appearance of the afd Lawrence Neale be discharged John Gleaves and Solomon Breward their Recognizances taken as afd in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Each are by this Court here discharged there being no Cause Shewn to the Contrary Kent County fs.t The Jurors for the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry that now is for the body of Kent County afd upon their Oath Do present that Lawrence Neal late of Shrewsbury Parish in the County afd Labourer the tenth day of Aprill in the year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred and thirty three at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court did Commit fornication with a Certain Jane Flanagan and of her body then and there had Carnal knowledge and a bastard Child on the body of her the same Jane then and there did beget to the high displeasure of Almighty God to the Evil Example of all others in Such case offending Contrary to the peace of the Said Lord prop.ry that now is his good rule and Government and against the form of the Act of Assembly in Such case lately made and provided &c.a Test Jane Flanagan T francis on |
