parish in the County afd the wife of a certain
Thomas Tippet of the same County Labourer
the tenth day of September Anno Domini seventeen
hundred twenty and eight with force and arms
at the parish afd in the County afd within the
Jurisdiction of this Court one flower'd & laced muslin
Apron of the value of forty pounds of tob.o two pounds
& a half of white wool of the value thirty pounds of
tobacco one pair of treble hand laced Ruffels of the
value of thirty pounds of tob.o of the goods and Chattles
of a Certain Richard Foulstone then & there being
found then & there feloniously did steal take and
bare away Contrary to the peace of the said Lord
prop.ry that now is his good rule & Government
And Against the form of the Act of Assembly in
Such Case lately made & provided

    Ordered by the Court that the Sherf of Kent County
do keep the said Chris.n in Safe Custody untill the
officers of this Court she shall Satisfie
