Jane Kennard
 Nathaniel Kennard husband of the afd Jane of last August
Court Entered into Recognizance in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl for
the appearance and good behav.r of the same Jane to this Court And now
here at this Court viz.t the 19.th day of Novemb.r Anno Dom. 1728 Came the
afd Jane in her proper person And Appeared in Court And nothing
being offered why the afd Recognizance Should not be discharged.  It is ordered
by the Court here that the afd Recognizance be Disch.d &c.a        And it is
also Ordered that Surety be gave for the fine and fees on the Assault Confest
at last August Court.  Thereupon the afd Nathaniel Kennard Came Into Court
and Saith that he will pay the fine and all fees on the premisses thereon accruing

Phil Hill
Indictm.t felony.  At last August Court John Ashley & Phil Hill
entered into recognizance In the sum of 10£ Each Sterl for y.e
appearance of the afd Susannah to this present Court to answ.r unto the
afd Indictm.t And in the mean time She was to be of good behav.r
It being Informed this Court here that the said Susannah is Such
and that the Court would Continue the prosecution And the Recogniz.c untill next Court
Thereupon ordered that the same be Continued untill the then next Court in Course

    Eliz.a Bevins wife of William Bevins at the Same Court entered into Recognizance
in the Sum of 5£ Sterl for the Appearance of his wife as prosecutor and Evidence
the afd Indictm.t The Court orders that the Same recognizance as the afd Mary app.r
In her proper person that the Same be disch.d.  The afd Recognizance of the afd W.m
for his wife be disch.d &c.a

    Ordered by he Court here that the afd Mary gave Security for her appearance at the
next Court  Thereupon Came into Court William Bevins husband of the afd Mary
and Acknowledged himselfe indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord proprietarie his heirs
& Success.rs in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to be Levyed on his goods and chattles Lands
& Tenements Conditionally that if this wife shall not make her personall appearance
before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at a Court House in the Town
of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March next then and there to give
Evidence for his Said Lordship against the afd Susannah Hill as herewith he
Acknowledges himselfe Content

 The afd Walter at August Court last entered into recognizance in the
Sum of £100 Sterl an Am.t of an Intended Murther ag.st a certain Pat Clark
with Suretys Dan.l Perkins & Charles Smith 40£ Each and now here at this
Court viz.t the 19.th day of November Anno Dom. 1728 to which the
Said Walter was to app.r and Answ.d And now at this Day came the afd Walter & appeared in
his proper person.  And nothing being offered ag.st the Same The afd Walter is by this Court
ordered to be Disch.d The Said Walter his Recognizance taken as afd is by this Court disch.d And
Also Daniel Perkins and Charles Smith his Suretys is by this Court Discharged &c
