in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body goods
and Chattles Lands and Tenements To the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs
and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Jane Flanagan Shall not make
his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Kent County on
the third tuesday in March then next ensueing ^to Answer unto the afd Indictm.t of fornication^ and in the mean time he
is to be of good behaviour &c.a                    wherewith the afd

Be it rembred that on the Tenth of this Instance
November Sam.l Millorn and Solomon
Brewer Did Acknowledge themselves justly
Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord
prop.r of the Provinces of Maryland in the
Sum of five pounds Sterling money Each to be Lev^i^ed on their Bodys
Goods and Chattles Lands and tenements Conditionally that if a Certain
Lawrence Neale of the afd County Doe not make his personall appearance
before the Justices of Kent County on the third tuesday of this Instant her
the said Jane Flanagin of the afd County & Do not Depart to the Clerk of the Court
Thereupon his Recognizance taken by me to be void otherwise to have
in full force

    And now here at this Court to witt at Kent County at the Court House in
the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday in Nov.r being
the twentieth Day of said Month Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred
and thirty three Came the afd Larance Neal in his proper person appeared
and prayed His Surtys Recognizances mig^h^t be discharged  Ordered the Court here
that the afd Jane Milbourn and Solomon Brews Recognizance be
discharged as Prayed the afd Sam.l Milbourn & Solomon Brew here
it was taken ^as afd are^ by this Court here Discharged Each of them as prayed
there being no Cause Shewn to ^the^ Contrary &c.a

    Ordered by this Court here that John Gresham Sherriff of Kent County keep
the afd Laurence Neale in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Security for
his appearance to next March Court &c.a
