459 Contrary to the Peace of the Lord Proprietary that now is his Good rule and Government and against the form of the act of assembly in Such Case lately made & Provided T francis On the back of the in Dictment was indorsed as follows viz.t Ignoramus p Edward Worrell Foreman
Edw.d Worrell Foreman Which Presentment was by the Clark of the in Dictments framed in to a bill the Same Loveday not being at Court the Court orders the same to be Continued untill the third tuesday in March next
County Benjamin Green & Acknowledged him self indebted to the Right Hon:ble the Lord Prop.ry his heirs & Successors in the Sume of tenn Pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be Levied on his Lands & Tenements goods and Chattles conditionally he Doe not make his personall Appearance appearance at the next County Court to be held in said County & in the mean time to be of Good behaviour wherewith he is Content At which time came Jos: Trulock of said County & likewise Did acknowledge him self indebted unto the said Lordship his heirs & Successors in the Sume of tenn Pounds Sterling to be Levied as afd Conditionally that he the said Benj.a Green do not make his personall appearance and wherewith he acknowledges him self Content Taken before me W.m Frisby And now here at this Court to wit at Kent County Court House in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday [ill.] being the Twentieth Day of said Mounth Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three came the afd Benjamin Green and |
